2. Personalized & Custom Products
Many products sold through our store are custom-made based on customer-provided specifications, including uploaded photographs, artwork, text, names, logos, or other personalization requests.
Because these products are created specifically for each customer and cannot be resold, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
Refunds, replacements, or other remedies may only be provided if:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The product contains a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong product was supplied.
- The product materially differs from the customization details submitted by the customer.
- A refund or replacement is otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Customer Approval of Customization
By placing an order for a personalized product, you confirm that:
- All uploaded images, artwork, text, and design selections are accurate.
- You have reviewed and approved all customization details.
- You understand that personalized products are produced based on the information submitted during checkout.
- You accept responsibility for any errors contained within submitted content.
We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect image uploads.
- Low-resolution or poor-quality images.
- Cropped, distorted, pixelated, or blurry images.
- Spelling, grammar, punctuation, or typographical errors.
- Incorrect dates, names, or personalization details.
- Incorrect design selections made during ordering.
Such issues do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or returns.
4. Print, Color & Product Variations
Due to differences in:
- Screen displays.
- Mobile devices.
- Monitor calibration.
- Printing methods.
- Manufacturing processes.
- Lighting conditions.
- Product materials.
Minor variations in color, brightness, contrast, image positioning, texture, size, and appearance may occur.
Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects, errors, or grounds for refunds, returns, chargebacks, or replacements.
5. Return Eligibility
Where returns are accepted, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims should include:

- Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
Failure to provide requested evidence may result in denial of the claim.
Upon review, we may offer:

8. Lost Packages

Customers accept full responsibility for any claims arising from submitted content.
