Thank you for shopping with AniPlay. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, produced, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically reviewed and prepared for production within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully received.

Personalized and custom-made products may require additional processing time due to design preparation, manufacturing, quality control, and fulfillment requirements.

Processing times are separate from shipping times.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


2. Personalized Products

Products containing customer-uploaded images, artwork, text, logos, names, or other customizations require additional production time.

Production times may vary depending on:

  • Product type
  • Customization complexity
  • Order volume
  • Supplier capacity
  • Seasonal demand

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted customization details are accurate before placing an order.

Production may begin shortly after an order is submitted and approved.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing and production have been completed.

Typical delivery estimates:

United States & Canada: 7-15 Business Days

Rest of the World: 10-25 Business Days

These delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary.


4. Shipping Delays

Delivery delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Postal service disruptions
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • High seasonal demand
  • International transportation issues
  • Government restrictions

Shipping delays do not qualify for:

  • Order cancellation
  • Refund requests
  • Chargebacks
  • Compensation claims

5. Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through various domestic and international carriers depending on destination, availability, and fulfillment location.

Carrier selection is made at our discretion.


6. Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.

Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays in tracking updates or temporary periods where tracking information does not appear to update.


7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Incorrect postal codes
  • Incorrect recipient information

If an order has not yet entered production or shipment, address corrections may be possible.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes generally cannot be made.

Orders returned due to incorrect customer-provided information may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.


8. Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused by the recipient
  • Left unclaimed
  • Returned by the carrier

the customer may be responsible for:

  • Additional shipping fees
  • Return shipping costs
  • Reshipment charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For personalized products, returned packages may not be eligible for refunds due to the custom nature of the item.


9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • VAT
  • Local taxes
  • Clearance charges

These charges are imposed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We do not control customs policies and cannot predict what charges may apply.


10. Lost Packages

A package may not be considered lost until a reasonable amount of time has passed beyond the estimated delivery date.

If a package appears lost, we may initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Customers agree to cooperate with any carrier investigation.

Refunds or replacements for lost packages may be withheld until the carrier investigation has concluded.


11. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but the customer claims it was not received, customers should:

  • Check with household members.
  • Check with neighbors.
  • Check secure delivery locations.
  • Contact the shipping carrier.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation before considering a replacement or refund.

Proof of delivery supplied by the carrier may be used in evaluating claims.


12. Multiple Shipments

Products ordered together may occasionally arrive separately.

This may occur because:

  • Items are fulfilled from different facilities.
  • Items have different production timelines.
  • Supplier inventory varies by location.

Additional shipments do not incur additional charges unless otherwise stated.


13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Extreme weather
  • War
  • Terrorism
  • Civil unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Labor disputes
  • Utility failures
  • Internet outages
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Supply chain shortages

14. Risk of Loss

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for products transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipping-related issues where possible.


15. Shipping Insurance

Unless specifically purchased or stated otherwise, shipments are not automatically insured against loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

Any available shipping protection options will be presented during checkout where applicable.


16. Delivery Time Disclaimer

All shipping timelines displayed on our website are estimates only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific delivery dates
  • Holiday delivery
  • Birthday delivery
  • Event delivery
  • Delivery within estimated timeframes

Customers should place orders well in advance of important dates.

We are not liable for losses arising from delayed deliveries.
